Vincenzo Amendola Jr.

Vincenzo  Amendola Jr. 65 of Pittsburgh died on Sunday October 4 in his residence. Born in Monessen on March 2 1955 he was the son of the late Vincenzo and Rita Pilla Amendola. He retired from his job in the food industry as General Manager. He was a Monessen High School graduate and a graduate of the PA. Culinary Academy. He is survived by his wifey  Amy Kardish Amendola,  A son Vincent Daniel Amendola, a daughter and son in law Renee and Ben Iannacchione, Three grandchildren Salvatore Vincenzo, Sonny Michael and Luciana Rose Iannacchione. Two sisters Louise Stringa of Monessen, and Linda Santo of Vanderbuilt and by Numerous nieces and nephews and people who loved him. A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday from 2 to 8 pm at North Park Lodge, 5000 North Ridge Lane Gibsonia Pa 15044. Vince loved to feed others, so in lieu of flowers & gifts ,donations can be made to the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank in his honor, online at www.pittsburghfoodbank.org or by mail at 1 N.
