Michael Patrick Jr

Michael Patrick Jr., 89 of Monessen on Monday November 28, 2011 in Mon Valley Hospital Inc. Born in Monessen on May 12, 1922 he was the son of the late Michael and Elizabeth Bachik Patrick. He was a graduate of Monessen High School and a member of Monessen Elks 773, American Legion Post 28, and St. Mary's Byzantine Catholic Church of Monessen. He retired from Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel Co. and was a United States Navy veteran of World War II. In addition to his parents he was proceeded in death by two brothers and one sister in-law George and Mary Patrick and John Patrick, three sisters and Brothers in-law Mary and Michael Chapasko, Betty and Steve Rajakovic and Ann and John Shelapinsky. He is survived by His wife Ruth Ann Quethem Patrick, two sons Mark Patrick and Greg and his wife Becky Patrick, one Grandson Marc Michael Patrick and one sister in-law Helen Patrick all of Monessen, and numerous nieces and nephews. Friends will be received on Thursday from 2 until 4 and 6 until 8 pm in the Robert A. Billick Funeral Home Inc. Grand Blvd. and Marion Ave. Monessen (724) 684-3700 www.billicksfuneralhome.com . Panchida service will be held on Friday at 9:30 am in the funeral home followed by a 10 am Funeral Service in St. Mary's Byzantine Catholic Church in Monessen.
