John G Kaminsky

John G. Kaminsky, 78 of Monessen died on Thursday, March 19, 2020 at the Greenery, Canonsburg, PA. Born in New York, New York on August 4, 1941 he was the son of the late John and Barbara Petey Kaminsky. John was a graduate of Monessen High School Class of 1958 where he was a three year letterman in baseball. He was a former member of the Most Holy Name of Jesus RC Church. John served his country in the US Navy from 1958 until 1962 as an E 5 Quarter Master.Besides his parents he was preceded in death by seven uncles Adam, John, George, Frank, Joseph, Steve and Andrew Petey and two aunts Irene Hlatky and Josephine Galaski.  He is survived by a son Kevin, his sister and brother in law Barbara (Sissy) and Phillip Mora of Discovery Bay CA,. a nephew Chris Mora, a niece Stephanie Hardman, Great niece Jessie Hardman and great nephew Zachary Hardman and numerous cousins. As per John's request services will be private.
