Charles Norman Spotts

Charles N. Spotts 65 of Monessen on Monday March 5 in Jefferson Regional Medical Center. Born in New Eagle PA on February 5 1953 he was the son of the late Charles and Beverly Fidler Spotts. Charlie was a life member of the Monessen Volunteer Fire Dept #2, South Western Chief's and Assistant Chief's Association,Western PA. Firemen's Association  the Croatian Club and he was Presbyterian by faith. Chuck served his country during the Vietnam War in the U.S. Navy with his last sea duty aboard the Submarine USS Hammerhead SSN 663. He is survived by his wife Barbara Duncan Spotts, one daughter and son in law Holly and Phil Martin of White Oak, a grandson Logan and by his brother David Spotts of Monessen. Friends will be received Friday from 2 until 4 and 6 until 8 pm in the Robert A. Billick Funeral Home Inc. Grand Blvd. and Marion Ave Monessen www.billicksfuneralhome.com Burial with Military Honors will be held on Monday at 12:30 pm in the Cemetery of the Alleghenies Bridgeville PA.
