Cecelia M (Cratty) Franks

Cecelia M. Franks 86 of N. Charleroi on Wednesday June 24 2015 in Dunlevy Gardens Personal Care Home. Born in Brownsville on July 6 1928 she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Cecelia Weber Cratty. She was a Member of the First United Methodist Church of Charleroi and the American Citizens Club of N. Charleroi. She was employed by Bell Telephone and later in life taught art classes. Besides her parents she was proceeded in death by her husband Harry W. Franks, a daughter Cecelia Benning and two brothers Herman and Jack Cratty. She is survived by a son and daughter in law Harry A. and Karen Franks of N. Charleroi. Three grandchildren David and Dan Benning both of N. Charleroi and Rebecca Glessner of Berlin Pa. Three great grand children Landon Wellington, Halley Benning and Grace Lynn Glessner. Friends will be received in the Robert A. Billick Funeral Home Inc. Grand Blvd. and Marion Ave Monessen, on Friday from 2 until 4 and 6 until 8 pm.. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday at 11am in the funeral home, interment will follow in Monongahela Cemetery.
