Barbara Ann Layman

Barbara Ann Layman 70 of Charleroi passed away on Sunday October 13 2024 in Washington County Health Center. Born in Charleroi on January 30 1954 she was the daughter of the late George and Monica Prevoloski Manko. Barbara worked as a secretary for two dental offices before getting her dream job as the Executive Secretary for the Washington County Humane Society. Her love for animals over the years resulted in many pet adoptions. She fostered many unwanted animals over the years and spent countless hours dedicated to their care Besides her parents, she is proceeded in death by her brother Edward Manko. She is survived by her husband of 51 years John Layman, a daughter and son in law Melissa and Patrick Stephan of Fullerton CA. a son John E Layman of Fallowfield Twp. A granddaughter Novi Stephan and a sister in law Linda Layman of Ridgeway SC Private funeral services will be held at the families connivence The Robert A. Billick Funeral Home Inc.
